Over the past few years, we have seen the introduction of the intraoral scanners which negate the use of alginate and plastic impression trays. The overuse of plastic is a key topic in today’s news, so by investing in a digital scanner it can be our way of helping the environment.

We are due to head north to Glasgow on Thursday the 19th of September to support our very own David Waring as he chairs his first BOC conference. A weekend of CPD and social events is bound to provide us with plenty to talk about in the staff room over the next few weeks. It’s all been plain sailing up to this point, the train tickets have arrived, the accommodation has been confirmed and taxi’s have been booked. What could possibly go wrong?
